At Europa Secreta, we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Santiago 2 to 5 business days Regions 4 to 7 business days Aysén and Magallanes up to 15 business days

There are circumstances that may delay deliveries, such as:

  • Customer absence at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect information in the registration.
  • Customer refusal to accept the product.
  • Change of address.
  • Force majeure: natural disasters, floods, serious accidents, etc.

In case we are unable to meet the deadlines, we commit to notifying you and refunding the corresponding money.

Shipping Policies and Costs

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the product and the destination. You can estimate the value in the shopping cart before making the payment.

Free Shipping Conditions:

  • Orders over $30,000 in the Metropolitan Region.
  • Orders over $50,000 in other Regions.

We do not ship via Chilexpress or cash on delivery. Orders are sent by our logistics operator or own transport.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup in 24 hours Purchases made Monday to Saturday. Pickup can be made 24 hours after purchase. Pickup Period You have up to 30 business days to pick up your products. If you do not, an automatic refund will be issued. In-Store Pickup Hours Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Warehouse Pickup Hours Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Replacement and Refund Policies

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

To request a product replacement at Europa Secreta, the following requirements must be met:

  • No replacement requests can be made after 48 hours from product receipt.
  • In case of packaging deficiencies, manufacturing defects, or a damaged product, a replacement request must be submitted, explaining the reason mentioned.
  • Remember that products cannot be opened when requesting a return and must be in their original box or bag, in the same condition as they were sent.
Important: You have up to 48 hours from product receipt to request a replacement.

REFUND POLICIES

If a problem occurred, such as broken or missing parts of our accessories, a product arrived damaged, or it is the incorrect one, we offer to exchange it or replace it.

Also, if you made a mistake, it wasn't what you wanted, or you simply wish to exchange it for another. We can receive and send another product, and in this case, shipping costs are at your expense. However, the product must be sealed, unused, and undamaged.

Refund process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once the refund request is processed and approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
