Replacement and Refund Policies
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
To request a product replacement at Europa Secreta, the following requirements must be met:
- No replacement requests can be made after 48 hours from product receipt.
- In case of packaging deficiencies, manufacturing defects, or a damaged product, a replacement request must be submitted, explaining the reason mentioned.
- Remember that products cannot be opened when requesting a return and must be in their original box or bag, in the same condition as they were sent.
REFUND POLICIES
If a problem occurred, such as broken or missing parts of our accessories, a product arrived damaged, or it is the incorrect one, we offer to exchange it or replace it.
Also, if you made a mistake, it wasn't what you wanted, or you simply wish to exchange it for another. We can receive and send another product, and in this case, shipping costs are at your expense. However, the product must be sealed, unused, and undamaged.

Refund process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once the refund request is processed and approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
